Short Summary of The Offer

An established fitness business since 2018 with over 6M dollars in revenue and more than 22,000 clients is now expanding its proven high ticket offer. We are looking for an experienced closer to replace the founder and scale sales full time, with 15 percent commission on cash collected including recurring payments plus 10 percent profit share. This is a partner level role inside a business that is already validated, profitable and ready to grow fast.

We are not a startup that is trying to figure things out.

We are an established online fitness company that has been operating since 2018, generating over 6 million dollars in gross revenue across our B2C brand @Constancetraining.

Over 22,000 clients have gone through our online fitness programs, and in 2021 we were officially awarded by Trainerize for holding the largest account globally. Trainerize is the biggest online coaching platform in the world for personal trainers, which makes this recognition a strong proof of scale, retention and delivery success.

What we sell: After building one of the strongest online fitness companies in Scandinavia, we launched a high ticket offer where we help personal trainers around the world replicate our model and build successful online businesses of their own.

Up until now, every single sales call has been handled directly by the founder, William Lundgren. The high ticket offer is already proven, already selling and already generating demand. The next step is to replace the founder on calls and bring in someone who is not just a closer, but a long term partner to scale this to the next level.

OTE (On Track Earnings)

We estimate your On Track Earnings to be between 7,000 to 10,000 dollars per month, plus profit share, based only on commissions.

Commission Structure:
15 percent commission on cash collected including recurring payments.

Unique opportunity for this role:
You also receive a 10 percent profit share on company profits, paid in addition to commissions.

Closing Rate: 36 percent
Offer Price: 3,000 to 5,000 dollars
Show Rate: 50 percent

Availability

This is a full time role.
You will step into an already validated high ticket offer, replacing the founder as the closer, which positions you to scale revenue immediately with the existing infrastructure, delivery team and marketing systems in place.

Who We Are Looking For

We are only considering experienced high ticket closers.
You must have generated at least 100,000 dollars in cash collected from previous high ticket sales and be someone who is ready to step into a more senior, partner level role rather than just a sales job.

You should be driven, accountable and excited about helping scale a proven offer. Since you earn profit share, we want someone who thinks long term and wants to build this side by side with the founder, motivated by shared upside rather than comfort.

This is the right role for someone who is highly skilled at closing and wants to attach their ability to an already established brand and sales process. The product works. The demand exists. The founder has taken the company to this point alone. Now we are looking for the closer who will take it to the next level.
